I want to be a cynic and say something like "This is representative of the institution" but it is true. Sigh. For you removing a hat may be a sign of respect, but in other cultures wearing a head covering is a sign of respect or modesty.Daniel D. I don't understand why people refuse to take their hats off in church, during the national anthem, etc. Its a sign of respect.Mr. Clarkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00713923181058239827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7042596096231582762.post-35487436570635171362010-11-22T15:17:58.506-06:002010-11-22T15:17:58.506-06:00Great Post! They some how have missed modernity.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7042596096231582762.post-21312558292483193262010-11-21T15:52:12.947-06:002010-11-21T15:52:12.947-06:00From Gavin F.

My computer professor explained to me one day that the reason we cannot wear hats in the school is because... back in his day he could not wear hats, in fact he would be beaten with the ruler if he had a hat on.

Of course nowadays that doesn't cut it. I say wear the hats and keep Professor X out of our heads for good!
;-)Daniel D. Stuhlmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05637975076937918147noreply@blogger.com
